Hi, I'm Josie.

My career as a Dramatherapist began in 2019, when I graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with my MA in Dramatherapy. 
Since then, I've worked in primary schools across Cambridgeshire delivering 1:1 and group therapy, as well as providing therapy and counselling for young people up to the age of 18 at a dedicated counselling centre.


My mission is to invite you, your children, your colleagues, your friends, your clients and your loved ones to gently and creatively explore your stories.

Work Experience

8 years of supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, such as Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Downs Syndrome, Apraxia, Epilepsy and more. 

7 years of working 1:1 with children in school settings, facilitating psychotherapy and wellbeing interventions. 

4 years of facilitating online psychotherapy interventions, including for groups and those with additional needs. 

3 years of providing psychotherapy to adolescents presenting with complex and high needs, such as self-harming behaviours, suicidal ideation, and eating disorders. 

3 years of supporting children and young people heal from traumatic events, such as bereavement, domestic violence, and developmental trauma.
